Fautore 0.6.0.0 Release Notes

Fautore version 0.6.0.0 is now released for use by our registered Alpha evaluators.
The core enhancement to this version is the addition of the still to be documented fauChat application. This application can be found in the "apps" subdirectory to Fautore. There are also significant performance improvements to Fautore as whole.
