Status Definitions

Basics
Only what's really needed to satisfy the needs of other features dependent on this functionality is actually completed. Screen may be complete, but there is still more to do to meet the defined goals.
Done
Is anything ever actually done? The functionality with a "Done" status is considered to runing entirely as designed. That doesn't mean it will never be touched again, or even that there isn't even maybe a change in mind for the future.
Mature
The functionality does a lot and could in some respects even be considered "Done," be there is much more in mind for enhancement.
Started
References to the defined functionality are visible, but expecting anything out of it at all would be downright silly.
